PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out polishing operation favourably in working efficiency by radially installing a large number of polishing cloth pieces in the vertical direction from an installation boss part onto a rotating driving shaft of a polishing device in rational distribution. SOLUTION: This polishing wheel 1 is constituted by radially arranging a large number of polishing cloth pieces 2 head end parts of which are automorphically formed free to extend by laminating a plural number of polishing cloth from a center of rotation, a large number of the polishing cloth pieces 2 are arranged in the rotation axis direction so that their head end parts are not overlapped on each other, base end parts of these polishing cloth pieces 2 are fastened on a boss 11 having a rotation axis installation hole, and a polishing part 15 with a required diameter and wide is constituted.
