<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching and detaching tool for branch line connectors, which enables attachment or detachment of a branch line connector safely with high work efficiency by an indirect hot-line method. SOLUTION: A socket 5 is fitted to a tool body 1, so as to be freely rotatable in the forward and reverse directions. On both sides of the socket 5, a pair of holding boards 9 for branch line connectors are arranged side by side at a prescribed internal, and in front of the holding boards 9 pressing boards 11 are fitted, in such a way as to move freely forwards or backwards, and the pressing boards 11 are biased in the direction of the holding boards 9. A main or branch line is attached or detached, by holding a branch line connector with the holding boards 9 and the pressing boards 11, and turning bolts and nuts for its fastening with the socket 5. Also, fitting parts 10 for branch line fixing are formed, so as to face each other, in the holding boards 9 arranged on both sides. The pressing boards 11 are made to be freely-reversible, and along with it a square hole 15 for engaging and holding the nut of the branch connector is formed in one surface of each pressing board 9, and a long hole 16 for holding the nut idly is formed in the other surface, respectively.</p> |
