SOLUTION: This flexible wiring board 23 is provided with a board 234 and a branched wiring part 235, which is branched from the board 234 and is extended in the planar direction of the surface of the board body 234. The flexible wiring board 23 is also provided with a first output side terminal region 234A provided on the board 234 and the branched wiring part 235, and it includes a second output side terminal region 235A, formed on the same surface as the first output side terminal region 234A and an input side terminal region 236A. By bending the branched wiring part 235 at a prescribed position, the second output side terminal region 235A is inverted, and the arrangement direction of a wiring in the second output side terminal region 235A becomes the same as that is the first output side terminal region 234A. This optoelectronic device includes the flexible wiring board. Electronic equipment includes the optoelectronic device.
