PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a plurality of secondary batteries in a surely coupled state into a dry-battery housing part in an electrical apparatus. SOLUTION: The packed batteries are mounted, instead of dry batteries, into a dry-battery housing part 2 in an electrical apparatus. In the packed batteries a plurality of cylindrical secondary batteries 3 are coupled together by means of a holder 4 and positioned parallel to each other on the same plane. The holder 4 is equipped with a first metallic band 11A disposed on upper surfaces of the packed batteries, a second metallic band 11B disposed on under surfaces thereof, and an insulating holder mounted with the first and second metallic bands 11A, 11B in position. The first and second metallic bands 11A, 11B have, on their both sides, curved side walls 11b curved along surfaces of the cylindrical batteries. The metallic bands 11 hold the plurality of secondary batteries 3 in position by holding the both-side cylindrical batteries with the curved sidewalls 11b.
