Reinforcements hold magnets (30) in an inclining manner such that the interval between the magnets become larger on the outer side than the inner side. The magnets are provided on both sides of a claw-like magnetic pole (23,24) to suppress the leakage of magnetic flux between the side surfaces (23c,24c) of adjacent claw-like magnetic poles. A pole core covers a rotor coil that generates the magnetic flux.
