SOLUTION: This customer consultant system 1 includes a computer center system 2, having a customer information database 6A, a handling history database 7A, and an original register database 8A, a telephone reception system 3 that receives a phone call from a customer, confirms the customer to be the customer in question, allows an operator to make a reply when the requisites for the customer can be replied by the operator, makes a request to an office center system 4 for the investigation of the requisites for the customer, when the operator cannot reply the requisites, and informs the customer of the reply when the investigation id finished, and the office center system 4 that investigates the requisites for the customer by retrieving the handling history database 7A and the original register database 8A of the computer system 2 and informs the telephone reception system of the result of investigation.
