SOLUTION: When a transfer request is outputted from a client 30, a transfer control means 210 in a server 20 inquires the number of spool jobs to a progress monitoring means 211, and when the number of jobs is less than a prescribed number, informs a transfer start means 310 in the client 30 of a transfer enabled state. The means 310 in the client 30 starts job transfer on the basis of the information on transfer enabled state. The means 210 in the server 20 stores a job transferred from the client 30 in a spool 203 and an imaging processing part 202 extracts the job from the spool 203 and executes imaging processing.
