<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a motor-driven vehicle from being used illegally unlawfully and being stolen. SOLUTION: In a motor-driven vehicle 1, having a rechargeable secondary battery 30, a motor 9 for driving the traveling portion of its wheels, etc., and a control means 5 controlling the driving of the motor 9 by the power of the secondary battery 30, there are provided a nonvolatile storage means 6 for storing a password, a displaying and operating means 7 for inputting the password to the storage means 6, and a means (the means 5 may also serve this purpose) for bringing the vehicle into a travelable state, only when the password inputted from the displaying and operating means 7 matches with that stored in the storage means 6.</p> |
