PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily adjust a resistance value by adjusting the resistance value of wiring by adjusting a thickness of transparent wiring. SOLUTION: Since a segment electrode A1 is required to impress high driving voltage having the large area, a thickness T1 of transparent wiring B1 connected to the segment electrode A1 is set large. While, the other segment electrode is only required to impress low driving voltage having the small area, a thickness of transparent wiring connected to the segment electrode is set smaller than the thickness T1 of the transparent wiring B1. Thus, a resistance value of the transparent wiring B1 is set lower than that of the other transparent wiring, driving voltage according to the area of respective segments is impressed on the respective segment electrodes, and electric current density between the respective electrodes is uniformized, so that the respective segments emit the light in uniform luminance. This resistance value adjusting method is particularly advantageous to complicated wiring since the transparent wiring can be arranged in a small space.
