PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a distribution flow optimization system, which can evaluate and optimize the functions of a distribution base and transport paths by using a computer system. SOLUTION: The distribution flow optimization system which optimizes the constitution of a distribution base, having a sorting function and a storing function and optimized also the distribution flow of a distribution network having a plurality of distribution bases has a base cost storage means 19 and 20, which store base costs depending upon the respective functions of the distribution bases, while relating them to the distribution bases, a transportation cost storage means 21 which stores product transportation cost, while correlating them to the transport paths and the distribution styles of products, and an optimization simulation means 27, which optimized the distribution paths of products and the functions of the distribution bases, so that the operation cost of the whole distribution flow is minimized according demand amount data. |
