PURPOSE: A process of preparing the titled far infrared rays radiator by grinding pyrophyllite and sericite agalmatolite, mixing germanium ores(sericite) and then sintering after molding is provided. Whereby, the radiator radiates a large amount of far infrared rays and enhances blood circulation and metabolism of a human body. CONSTITUTION: A mixture of 21% by weight of silica, 40% by weight of siliceous pyrophyllite containing 72% by weight of aluminium and 20% by weight of sericite agalmatolite containing 15ppm germanium oxide is ground in a grinder and added with water and 40% by weight of ground germanium(sericite) ores obtained by adding a very small amount(from 30ppm to 0.35%) of extracted germanium oxide to give a mixture, which is molded under a high pressure of about 100 ton, dried in the shade for 10 days and then sintered at 1,300deg.C for 24 hr.
