PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make easily producible a photographing lens device, to improve the productivity and to make maintainable high optical performance by assembling plural blocks or units capable of relatively being positioned and fixed. SOLUTION: A 1st optical unit 20 where a 1st group lens is fixed in a front lens frame 2 takes in luminous flux from a subject along a 1st optical axis OA1 (horizontal direction) and is movably held in an optical axis changing unit 30. The unit 30 is fixed on a 2nd optical unit 80, reflects the luminous flux passing through the 1st group lens by a mirror 33 and bends it by 90 deg. along a 2nd optical axis OA2 (vertical direction). A light quantity adjusting unit 50 is fixed on the unit 80, and a shutter and a diaphragm are disposed on the unit 50. In the unit 80, a 2nd group lens is fixed in a rear lens frame 82, and is arranged so that the luminous flux reflected along the 2nd optical axis OA2 and passing through the aperture of the unit 50 may be formed into an image on a CCD 92.
