<p>A production facility control system having a mechanical movable part, the safety of which is easily evaluated. A safety-related circuit part (1) and a safety-unrelated circuit part (2) are separated from each other in a circuit way. The safety-related circuit part (1) has a function related to avoidance of collision between a mechanical movable part (4) and a human being and a characteristic of generating a high level of energy only when the safety-related circuit part (1) operates normally and a low level of energy when it is out of order. The safety-unrelated circuit part (2) has a function of controlling the operation of the mechanical movable part (4) and is so linked to the safety-related circuit part (1) that it can control the operation of the mechanical movable part (4) only when the safety-related circuit part (1) is generating a high level of energy.</p> |
