PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an insecticidal and bacteriocidal apparatus that is inexpensive, can smoothly feed copper ion without disturbance of the water flow in the apparatus and manifests the excellent effect by housing a plurality of specific tubes in the receiver having a number of continuous holes bored. SOLUTION: A plurality of copper or copper alloy tubes 12 are housed in the receiver having a number of continuous holes bored. In a preferred embodiment, the length and/or the outer diameter of the tubes are specified to two or more levels and these tubes are equipped with a flowing-out inhibitor, respectively. The tool of copper or copper alloy may be made in a three-dimensional frame and the copper or copper alloy tubes may be inserted into the frame body of the three-dimmensional frames. In another embodiment, the three- dimensional frame may be formed from a copper or copper alloy metal lath and may be formed with perforated copper or copper alloy plates.
