PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control the growth of bubbles and to prevent the decrease of an expansion ratio by forming an oblong lip outlet to protrude from a T die main body in the flow direction of a molten resin to be formed at the tip of a bill-shaped protruding die part which is thinner than the T die main body and to be constituted in the vicinity of the contact part of each cooling roll. SOLUTION: A protruding die part 30 is formed to protrude forward from a position which is formed by the oblong lip outlet 3 of the tip part of a T die main body 1 integrally in the flow direction A of a resin channel 2, and the thickness T1 of the die part 30 is formed in a required length to protrude in the shape of a bill which is sufficiently thinner than the thickness of the main body 1. At the tip of the die part 30, the outlet 3 communicating with the channel 2 is formed, on the upper side 30a and the lower side 30b in the thickness T1 direction with the channel 2 of the die part 30 held between them, at least two medium channels 31 for guiding a cooling medium or a heating medium are formed along the width W of the main body 1, and a foamed sheet higher in quality can be obtained.
