PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably produce ultrasonic vibration and prevent a part to be treated from being pressed with excessive contact force. SOLUTION: A coil spring 25 is established as an energizing means in inner circumference on the back end side of a housing 4 so that an oscillator unit 2 and a transfer member 3 are energized in a counterclockwise direction centering around a support member 21 for the housing 4. Hence, when operation force added to a treatment portion 3a with resisting energizing force in the counterclockwise direction of the coil spring 25, that is, contact force for part to be treated is added to a treatment portion 3a, the coil spring 25 is transformed and shrunk, the oscillator unit 2 and the transfer member 3 is rotated in a counterclockwise direction centering around a support member 21 for the housing 4, the treatment portion 3a begins to be gradually immersed in the housing 4 and is immersed in the housing 4 when exceeding the set operation force. |
