PURPOSE: A method for managing a diet via the internet is provided to supply information of eaten food, nutritious elements eaten, a physical state, and an amount of activity. CONSTITUTION: A server for managing the diet is initialized(200). The information related to the diet, the data of members, food and nutritious elements of the food, is stored in a database(202). If a user computer is connected to the internet(204), it is checked whether the user conducts a login procedure(206). It is determined if the login user is a member, based on the user ID and the password inputted by the user(208). If the user wants to become a member without performing the login procedure(210), the server asks the user to input the information necessary for the member, and then registers the user as the member(212). The server judges the details selected by the user, and executes the operations that corresponds to the judged details, such as searching of diet diary, food data, nutritious data and the amount of activity. |
