PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new food using a bacterium since symbiose of human and bacteria in the intestine is important, recently a chance for collecting effective bacteria from the outside has been lost by change in life style and dietary life, consequently artificial and positive intake of effective microorganisms is required. SOLUTION: Existence of not only anaerobic bacteria but also aerobic bacteria is important because the inner wall of the intestinal canal is in an aerobic condition by the capillary of the pleural villi. Consequently, safe Bacillus subtilis much occurring in the natural world is noted, a Bacillus subtilis for making lipid cloudy, making lipid hardly elutable with a lipid soluble solvent and its cultured product are found from the Bacillus subtilis to have ideal intestine controlling function by coexistence action with anaerobic intestional bacteria. |
