PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate the power in the direction perpendicular to the energizing direction on a work holding surface and to incline a surface to be brought into contact with a work in accordance with the profile irregularity of the work, by mounting a contact member to be pressed toward the work through a group of spherical bodies arranged in a state that line segments connecting centers form a zigzag. SOLUTION: Spherical bodies 55 of a first group distributed on a first surface A and spherical bodies 56 of a second group distributed on a second surface B respectively have clearance with respect to an adjacent spherical body, and the spherical bodies 55 of the first group and the spherical bodies 56 of the second group are distributed with the zigzag positional relationship to each other. Accordingly, the spherical bodies 55 of the first group are in contact with two spherical bodies of the second group, or three or four spherical bodies of the second group, whereby line segments connecting the centers of the adjacent spherical bodies 56 of the first group form a zigzag. When a pressing member 52 is advanced to right, a contact member 53 is upwardly moved to press a bottom of a work. Here, the contact member 53 is inclined in accordance with the bottom of the work and upwardly moved even when the bottom of the work is slightly inclined.
