PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic free from stickiness in use, having excellent adhesivity to the skin, capable of forming a uniform cosmetic film, keeping the cosmetic effect, emitting decreased smell of raw material and having improved temperature dependency, etc. SOLUTION: The objective cosmetic contains (A) titanium oxide having an average particle diameter of 0.01-0.08μm and (B) 0.1-10.0 wt.%α-olefin having a weight-average molecular weight of 5,000-60,000.
