PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably attach a binding band attachment device to an attachment hole without unsteadiness. SOLUTION: A band joining part 7 which keeps a flexible band for binding a matter such as harness to be bound in a loop shape and tighten is provided at a thrusting body 1 formed in a shape broadened toward the end. The thrusting body 1 has an anchor 4 which is inserted into an attachment hole 8. The anchor 4 comprises an insertion frame 2 approximately in a U shape and a pair of arm parts 31 and 32 positioned at the front and the rear and erected at the internal face of a horizontal member 23 of the insertion frame 2, and engagement claws 33 and 34 are provided respectively at the front end of the arm parts 31 and 32. The arm parts 31 and 32 are normally projected toward the outside in the front-to-rear direction of the insertion frame 2 and are movable, resisting against their own elasticity, into retreating positions at the inside of the insertion frame 2.
