PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously perform soln. separating and concentrating operation and to enhance production efficiency. SOLUTION: A suspension containing ice crystal particles is continuously formed to be continuously supplied to a forming cylinder 22 from the supply end thereof and a liquid component is separated from the suspension to be discharged and crystal particles are brought to a high density state to form aggregate of ice crystal particles. The aggregate of ice crystal particles is continuously supplied to a rotary body 4R from the feed-out end of the forming cylinder 22 and rotated to centrifugally separate a soln. from the aggregate.
