PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for assembling/disassembling a temporary working platform having a high height while eliminating works at high elevations, and to provide a method for assembling/disassembling the temporary work platform using the apparatus as well as the temporary working platform. SOLUTION: A polygonal plane is encircled with screw shafts 63 erected at respective apical angle locations thereof, and the lower ends of the screw shafts 63 are synchronously connected to a driving device via screw shaft rotating mechanisms 65, respectively. Nut mechanisms 6 are screwed on the peripheries of the respective screw shafts 63, which are connected together by a receiving frame 62. Thus, a jack device 5 for moving up and down the receiving frame 62 according to forward and backward rotation of the screw shafts 63 is constituted. Further, the receiving frame 62 of the jack device 5 removably supports a lower portion of a temporary work platform 1.
