PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart the feel of a material, such as three-dimensional feel, metallic feel, calm feel and warm feel and the feel of high grade, to the above material by specifying the color difference between an anodically oxidized aluminum blank and a colored clear electrodeposition coating film to a specific value or above. SOLUTION: The color difference between the anodically oxidized aluminum blank and the colored clear electrodeposition coating film is specified >=0.1. The colored clear electrodeposition coating film is a colorless or chromatic transparent glossy or matte coating film and the rays diffused and transmitted through the coating film superposed on the rays reflected or absorbed on the surface of an anodically oxidized film of a ground surface to express the color tones specific to the aluminum material. The electrodeposition coating film which has ray transmittance (measuring wavelength 400 nm) in a range of about 30 to 70% at a cured film thickness of 20μm is preferable. Further, the film having the ray transmittance in a range of about 35 to 65% is more preferable. If the ray transmittance is below about 30%, the color feel by the aluminum blank is lost and there is a tendency to the deterioration of appearance.
