SOLUTION: The maintenance items and maintenance period 18 of a water- measuring instrument are inputted by an inputting device 12 for storing into a water-measuring instrument maintenance database device 11, a maintenance item whose inspection data has arrived is outputted to a display device 13 as a maintenance alarm, based on the maintenance period 18 which is stored in the water-measuring instrument maintenance database device 11, and at the same time, dates are inputted for the maintenance item that has been inspected by a time stamp-inputting device 14, thus preventing an inspection omission.
