PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimally reduce receiving electric energy to a minimum after the reception of an operation notice signal, in the linkage-system operation system of a commercial power system and a private power-generating facility. SOLUTION: In the linkage-system operation system of a commercial power system 1 and a private power-generating facility 4, the time (L1/R1(min)) required for a private generated-power change is calculated from the private generated power variation (L1) 10 of the preset in-plant load and the operation changing rate (R1(%/min)) 11 of private generated power, on the basis of the operation notice signal 9 of the in-plant load 21. The time (L1/R1(min)) required for the private generated-power change is subtracted from the time L2, when private generated power is actually altered, the starting timing time t1 (=t2-L1/R1) 12 at which the private generated power actually varies is obtained, a private generated-power change pattern 13 is determined, and the private generated electric energy is controlled. |
