<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulating spacer for insulating and supporting a high voltage conductor in a ground metal container filled with an insulating gas, in which field concentration relaxing shields are arranged without causing separation and distortion due to stress such as cracking to provide field concentration relaxation and superior insulating performance using inexpensive and simple facilities. SOLUTION: Shields 17, 18 formed of conductive plastic material to which elastomer rubber is added are molded on the side of a metal container 2 and on the side of a high voltage conductor 1 in a body insulating portion 7 of an insulating space 4 into one unit with an embedded metal 16 arranged on the side of the metal container 2 or a current carrying conductor portion 6 on the side of the high voltage conductor 1, and then integrally molded with resin in the body insulating portion 7 to provide a decrease in stress.</p> |
