A method of operating at least one capacitive actuator e.g. a piezoactuator (P) having a specified value of charge voltage (UL), in which during a commencement of operation before the first activation of the piezoactuator and during pauses in the activation, therefore in the discharge state of the piezoactuator (P), the charge voltage (UL) is brought to the specified value and held at this value until the next activation process. Specifically, at least one capacitive piezoactuator (P) consisting of a series circuit of a charge capacitor (C1) positioned between the pulse-pole (UC1) and the minus-pole (GND) of a controlled voltage source (SNT), a charge switch (S1), a rechargeable capacitor (C2) and a rechargeable inductance (L), is charged and discharged via the rechargeable coil (L) and a discharge switch (L2) into the rechargeable capacitor (C2). Parallel to the series circuit, is arranged a series circuit of a rechargeable switch (S4) and a constant current source (Q). |
