PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical reception circuit that can demonstrate a stable light receiving function with high reliability under an environment of optical wireless communication. SOLUTION: A current voltage conversion circuit 15 converts an output current of a light receiving element 11 into a voltage proportional to the output current. A differential amplifier 14 outputs a difference between an output voltage of the current voltage conversion circuit 15 and a voltage with a prescribed indication. A high voltage control circuit 12 controls a voltage applied from the high voltage source 13 with an output voltage of the differential amplifier and converts the voltage into a bias voltage for the light receiving element and provides an output.
