PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress occurrence of moldy smell and poor drainage and prevent lowering of operation efficiency. SOLUTION: The air conditioner 100 includes a refrigeration heat exchanger 1 having heat transfer pipes 7, to which at least a cooling refrigerant C is supplied, a hot heat medium exchanger 80 having hot heat medium pipes 8, to which a hot heat medium is supplied, and a drain pan 2 which receives condensate, which is generated on the surface of the exchanger 1 and drips down, to discharge it to the outside. The refrigerant C is passed through the pipes 7 and hot heat medium is passed through the pipes 8 to effect a dehumidification operation. In this case, a refrigeration heat exchanger surface cleaning means 10 is provided to clean the surface of the exchanger 1 with hot water. |
