PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase data transmission efficiency and to actualize optimum error correction by providing an error correcting process means which performs error processing in units of a submultiple of the number of process units in a subframe if there is influence on a communication device using another communication method different from a communication method at the time of data communication. SOLUTION: Through cyclic redundancy checks(CRC) 42 and 43, error detection codes are added to transmit data generated by multiplexing transmit data by multiplex/synchronization control (MUX/SYNC CONTROL) 41. Further, addition of codes for FEC and a scrambling process are performed by forward error corrections (SCRAM and FEC) 33 and 45. If there is influence on a communication device which uses a communication method other than the communication method at the time of data communication, error correcting processes are carried out in units of a submultiple of the number of process units in a subframe as a logical frame corresponding to the cycles of the other communication method.
