PURPOSE: A table, which also serves as a picture frame, is provided to extend a use range of the table by allowing the table to be hung on the wall surface of a house as a decorative picture frame usually. CONSTITUTION: The table, which also serves as a picture frame, comprises a framework(1) having a certain shape; a picture frame part penetrating the front center part of the framework, a raised holding portion(21) formed with a first inclined surface being protruded from the picture frame; an adhesive(25) applied to the holding portion of the picture frame part; a transparent plate(22) disposed and fixed on the adhesive applied on the holding portion; a fixing panel(23) fixed to the rear surface of the framework to define a certain space(24) as thick as the holding portion; and a rear panel fixed to the rear surface of the framework and being formed with a penetrating groove, table leg insertion grooves and a nail groove.
