PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of a rotational fault or impairment of a door for closure of an insertion opening, irrespective of the posture of a member inserted into the insertion opening. SOLUTION: A dust cover 15 which is supported rotatably by a rotating shaft 16 disposed on the edge side of an insertion opening 13a of an escutcheon 13 and closes the insertion opening 13a is formed by being bent between a slant face 15a of which the end side is connected to and supported by the rotating shaft 16 and which slants toward the inside of the main body of an apparatus and a contact face 15b which is extended in continuity from the slant face 15a and becomes parallel to the vertical surface of the main body of the apparatus on the occasion other than the insertion and removal of a cartridge 1. The axis 16a of the rotating shaft 16 is disposed outside the course of insertion of the cartridge 1.
