PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a crimp height easily by achieving the arm height capable of obtaining the predetermined crimp height with a manufacturing terminal crimper device, and correcting the ram height obtained by an adjusting terminal crimper device with the difference between the data of both terminal crimper devices. SOLUTION: An adjusted crimper holder is fitted to an adjusting terminal crimper device for a terminal crimper action, and height position information and crimping force are adjusted so that the crimp height of a crimped terminal becomes a standard value. The crimper holder is then fitted to a manufacturing terminal crimper device, prescribed calculations are made based on the data of the position information and crimping force obtained by the adjusting terminal crimper device and the turning radius and ram height of the manufacturing terminal crimper device, and the angle corresponding to the turning angle of a disk 7 forming the crank mechanism of the terminal crimper device and the current fed to a servo-motor at the time of crimping are calculated and stored as control data. A controller reads the control data to control the servo- motor and crimp the terminal.
