PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To excite liquid in a main chamber by using an electromagnetic rotary actuator. SOLUTION: An insulator 8 for breaking vibration from a vibrating body is mounted between a first connecting member 91 mounted on the side of the vibrating body, and a second connecting member 95 mounted on a member on the side of a vehicle body. A main chamber 6 and a sub chamber 7 in which non-compressive fluid (liquid) is sealed are formed in series to the insulator 8. An orifice 5 is formed which permits the liquid to flow between the main chamber 6 and the sub chamber 7. A partition 3 is mounted which partitions between the main chamber 6 and the sub member 7. A diaphragm 4 is provided which forms part of the chamber wall of the sub chamber 7 and partitions a section between the outer atmospheric air and inner air. An exciting device 1 consisting of a vibration piston 11 exciting the liquid, in the main chamber 6 with specific frequency is formed in the middle of a communicating passage 35 communicating between the main chamber 6 and the sub chamber 7. An electromagnetic rotary actuator 2 driving the vibrating piston 11 forming the exciting device 1 is formed. |
