PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample display board holder for dummy can which can increase the height difference of a holdable sample display board. SOLUTION: This sample display board holder 3 is composed of a lower 1st holder body 4 and an upper 2nd holder body 5, which are assembled so that they can relatively move up and down. A vertical long hole 5e is bored in a 2nd back plate part 5d extended downward from the top 5a of the 2nd holder body 5 and a projection piece 4h is provided to a 1st back plate part 4g extended upward from the bottom 4a of the 1st holder body 4. The projection piece 4h is composed of a leg part 4i which is run through the long hole 5e and can move up and down in the long hole 5e and an engagement part 4j which extends sidewards from the tip of the leg part 4j and engages the periphery of the long hole 5e. Further, a through hole 5f into which the projection piece 4h can be inserted is bored in an intermediate part of the long hole 5e and the projection piece 4h is able to move both up and down from the part of the through hole 5f.
