PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seating sensor with high productivity by simplifying construction and reducing the number of manufacturing processes. SOLUTION: A seating sensor comprises two band conductors 50A, 50B arranged in parallel, held between a first plastic film 54A having an opening 52 partly formed in the longitudinal direction across two band conductors 50A, 50B and a second plastic film 54B having no such opening and integrally bonded to form a flat cable 58 and a combined sheet 60 provided in a section, where the opening 52 of the first plastic film 54A is formed, with a conductive layer on the single face of a third plastic film, and bonded so that its face on the conductive layer side is opposed to the band conductors 50A, 50B in the opening 52.
