PURPOSE: A method for preparing a chitosan solution using powdered chitosan dissolved in oligosaccharide and refined water is provided to serve the chitosan product capable of being stored for an year without deterioration. CONSTITUTION: The chitosan solution specially efficacious for cancer, heart diseases, hypertension and glycosuria is prepared by mixing 20% of powdered chitosan, 50% of refined water and 20% of oligosaccharide and adding 9.6% of nutritive vinegar, 0.1% of glycol acid and 0.3% of food additive to the mixed solution of chitosan to neutralize the resulting solution and prevent the solution from being acidified.
