PURPOSE: A condenser controller is provided to enhance condensation efficiency by opening/closing a damper of a condenser depending on condensation of refrigerant and by applying a specific constant pressure to the condenser. CONSTITUTION: A cylinder(5) is mounted on a compressor(2) and a damper(6) is set on the front end of the cylinder. The cylinder is controlled when a discharge port(7) of a condensing fan(4) is opened/closed. The cylinder sucks air following the compressor and pulls the damper to close the discharge port if the compressing pressure of the compressor falls down. Thereby, constant pressure is applied to the condenser even though the condensing fan is driven. When the compressor pressure rises up again, the cylinder is pushed by the rising pressure. The damper opens the discharge port and the condensing fan is driven normally. In addition, the condenser performs condensing with normal pressure.
