PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a facsimile equipment by which facsimile data are summarized and printed when there is no paper in optimal paper size for the facsimile data, and the facsimile data are printed after the paper of the optimal size for the facsimile data is charged. SOLUTION: A CPU 1 compares the paper size of paper, that the facsimile equipment has, and the number of paper for each paper size judged by a paper tray information managing module 7 with the paper in the optimal paper size for the facsimile data judged by an optimal paper size selecting module 6 and judges whether the facsimile data can be printed in the optimal paper size with the paper existent in the facsimile equipment or not. When it is judged the facsimile data can not be printed, the summary data of the facsimile data are prepared by an image expanding/compressing part 4 and summarized printing is performed by a writer 10. The facsimile data are preserved in a SAF memory 2. After the paper is complemented to the facsimile equipment, the facsimile data are printed from the writer 10.
