<p>The invention concerns a device for polynucleotide sequencing, characterised in that it comprises one or several reading molecules associating a reading site, sensitive to the presence of the nucleotide located opposite, modulating a data transmitter (for example photons) according to the type of nucleotide, a motor capable of moving step by step the reading molecule along the polynucleotide, a receiver for synchronising the operations from an external control and a probe capable of placing each reading molecule at a predetermined site of the nucleotides, and one or several devices controlling the receivers, sensors for receiving signals transmitted by the transmitters, and a signal processing chain to integrate the data and supply a report.</p> |
