CIRCUIT OF CONSTANT VOLTAGE REGULATOR FOR GENERAL SERIES BUS BY USING BETA MULTIPLIER

摘要

PURPOSE: A circuit of a constant voltage regulator for a general series bus by using a beta multiplier is provided to output the reference voltage unconcerned in the change of the input voltage and to output the stable voltage by using the gain of the voltage in a current amplifier. CONSTITUTION: The device includes a start up circuit(12), a reference voltage generating circuit(14) and a current amplifying circuit(16). The start up circuit(12) activates the operation of a regulator circuit when the early power voltage is supplied. The reference voltage generating circuit(14) generates at least over one reference voltage through the divided voltage by the beta multiplier system. The current amplifying circuit(16) receives the reference voltage and makes the feedback of the output voltage and controls the gain of the voltage.
