PURPOSE: A remote controller device is provided to sense the position change of the remote controller device and to respond to a user's clicking operation for selecting a command corresponding to a sensed position, to output the selected command. The remote controller device is provided to wirelessly convert the sensed position change and the selected command into wireless signals to output the wireless signals. Therefore, a remote control for a multimedia apparatus such as a digital TV is performed. CONSTITUTION: A position sensor(202) senses position changes of a remote controller device. The position sensor(202) has a ball(204) and a ball support(206). The ball support(206) supports the ball(204). If a user changes a position of the remote controller device in a state of maintaining a contact between the ball(204) and the ground, a ball tracking sensor senses a rotation of the ball(204), to sense the change of the remote controller device. A click unit responds to a user's clicking operation for selecting a command corresponding to the sensed position, and outputs the selected command. A converter converts the sensed position change and the selected command into wireless signals, and outputs the wireless signals.
