<p>Polynucleotide and polypeptide sequences encoding a novel tumor suppressor protein, EPLIN, are provided. Also included is a method for detecting a cell proliferative disorder associated with EPLIN. EPLIN is a marker that can be used diagnostically, prognostically and therapeutically over the course of cell proliferative disorders associated with EPLIN.</p> |
