SOLUTION: This powder seasoning containing a starch degradation product and a guar gum is applied to the surface of meat, etc. to prevent outflow of drip while providing the meat with excellent luster. This food having lustrous and excellent appearance on the surface is obtained by heating the powder seasoning by an oven or a microwave oven. |
