LOADING DEVICE FOR POWDERY RAW MATERIAL, MANUFACTURE OF FUEL CELL SEPARATOR, AND FUEL CELL SEPARATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a fuel cell separator having a high face accuracy and a loading device for a powdery raw material suited for the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The loading device for a powdery raw material is equipped with a downward facing loading part 11 with a plurality of loading apertures 11a, a sliding plate 12 which is located under the loading part 11 and is slidable from a position where all the loading apertures 11a are closed to a position where all the loading apertures 11a are opened, a base 13 for supporting the sliding plate 12 and the loading part 11 and a fitting part 14 for positioning with a press mold. The loading device for a raw material as described loads a powdery raw material into the bottom force 21 of the press mold and thermally molds the raw material under pressure between the bottom force 21 and a top force 22 to obtain the fuel cell separator. Thus the raw material is loaded from the loading apertures 11a, so that the raw material is uniformly distributed to enhance the face accuracy of the separator.
