BELT-SHAPED RUBBER MATERIAL TAKE-UP CONTROL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt-shaped rubber material take-up control method for taking up a belt-shaped rubber material to be injected with good accuracy of weight and shape on a tire molding drum in the uniform tension by finding the injection speed of the belt-shaped rubber material injected from an injection machine and so synchronistically controlling as to make the surface speed of the tire molding drum coincide with the injection speed. SOLUTION: The injection speed for a belt-shaped rubber material W injected from an injection machine is computed based on the injection rubber quantity when a piston is moved by one stroke and the one stroke moving time for the piston and is so synchronistically controlled as to conform the surface speed of the tire molding drum 1 to the injection speed to take up the injected belt- shaped rubber material W on the tire molding drum in the uniform tension and with the good accuracy of weight and shape.
