PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively restrain both cut separation and separation between plies. SOLUTION: A width Q of a residual belt ply 20d is made wider than a width R of an adjacent belt ply 20c. Since a widest belt ply 20b overlapped with a ply edge part J of the residual belt ply 20d is the same in a cord inclination direction as the residual belt ply 20d, and a rubber gage between the widest belt ply 20b and the residual belt ply 20d is thick, separation between the plies can be restrained. Since a cross angle of a cord inside the residual belt ply 20d is smaller than that inside the widest belt ply 20b and that inside the adjacent belt ply 20c, flexural rigidity in a peripheral direction is increased, and cut separation is restrained.
