PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent force and noise from transmitting from a fuel tank to a floor panel with few cushioning materials by mounting the cushioning materials which are tightly brought into contact between the floor panel and the fuel tank, on only corner parts of a recessed part formed on a floor seat part of the floor panel. SOLUTION: A recessed part 6 for arranging a seat is formed on a floor seat part 5 enclosed by a seat cloth member 2 and a rear floor cloth member 3 in a lower part of a floor panel 1. A fuel tank 11 is disposed on a lower part of the recessed part 6. A plurality of cushioning materials 13, 14 which are tightly contact between the floor panel 1 and the fuel tank 11 are mounted on corner parts where a bottom surface 7 and right and left both inclining surfaces 8 in the recessed part 6 are brought into closely contact with each other and its joining part is bent. Each of cushioning materials 13, 14 are disposed on only a part where rigidity is highest in the floor panel 1. It is thus possible to surely suppress force and noise to transmit from the fuel tank 11 to the floor panel 1 with few cushioning materials.
