The system has an actuator (1) connected to a perturbation element (2) e.g. plate, to receive a control signal (C1) to place the element in active/passive position, in an intake pipe(5). A hot exhaust gas injection pipe (4) from an exhaust pipe (6) emerges in the pipe (5). A control valve (14) of the pipe (4) receives a control signal (C14) to open and close the pipe (4). A sensor (T) detects a measured temperature of an engine to send the signals to control opening of the valve and to position the element in active position, so that the element is heated by flow of exhaust gas.
